My style is interactive and warm. I see myself as a coach and mentor as well a therapist. I am real and speak plain English, not "therapese" - and I actually talk instead of sitting silently. My job is to help you feel secure from within, by teaching you how to take great care of yourself, protect yourself from destructive behaviors and people, and give yourself the unconditional love and acceptance you need to feel strong, confident, and resilient.

Julie's style is gentle, refreshing, humorous and most of all empowering. With the information she provides and her approach, she made me see myself from a genuine and empathic place. I didn't know I could feel so comfortable, just my true and real Self.
