Any time we spend together over the first 30-minutes will be pro-rated.
Ongoing Therapy - 50 Minutes: $185.00
If longer sessions are needed, fees will be pro-rated.
Making Therapy More Affordable
I have a few sliding scale appointments between $140 and $185. Please ask about these options in your first call or email. If you situation isn't urgent, consider following my FaceBook page. I periodically offer new clients special deals through FaceBook.
Longer Sessions, Less Often
Many people find that scheduling 60 to 75 minute sessions every other week allows them the time they need in therapy while reducing costs.
For clients working on short-term goals (for example, improving assertiveness skills) we can customize a schedule of phone calls or online video sessions and email check-ins to fit your budget.
If individual therapy is not in your budget, but you would like to learn some of the skills I teach one-on-one, you might want to take classes or join my meditation group.
Phone and e-support is pro-rated based on hourly fee.
You can pay for services by check, cash, or credit card.
If you have a PPO, your insurance will most likely cover therapy.
If you have an HMO or Kaiser, it might still make sense to work with me. Check your deductible. If it's on the higher side, you may decide to pay out of pocket anyway - since you would have to pay as much with an "in-network" provider. Click here
